1. The 3-Day Guarantee

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Inside Dhaka: We can often arrange a pick-up or exchange via our courier.

  • Outside Dhaka: You may need to send the item back to our Dhaka hub via a local courier (like Steadfast or Pathao).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be:

  • In the original, unused condition (no scratches or marks).

  • In the complete original packaging (box, case, and microfiber cloth).

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order number.

3. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since you paid in cash at your doorstep, we offer two easy ways to get your money back:

  • Store Credit: Get a digital voucher (coupon code) for the full amount to use on your next pair.

  • Mobile Wallet: We can send your refund directly via bKash, Nagad, City bank or Brac bank once the item is inspected.

  • Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged Items

If your glasses arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
