We make every effort to display the colors and images of our futuristic eyewear as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are obligated to pay the full invoice amount upon receiving the product.

4. Order Confirmation

For all orders (especially COD), our team will contact you via phone or SMS for confirmation. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Weekly Offers & Discount Codes

• Free Discount Codes provided via our weekly offers are valid for a limited time only.

• Only one discount code can be used per order.

• Discounted items are eligible for exchange but may not be eligible for a full cash refund unless defective.

6. Delivery & Returns

• Delivery timelines are 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–7 days outside Dhaka.

• Our 7-Day Return policy applies to products in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
